Actor Mark Wahlberg’s company is reportedly facing yet another lawsuit from a famous athlete.

TMZ Sports reported Sunday that soccer legend David Beckham’s company, DB Ventures Ltd., filed a lawsuit against F45 Training. Wahlberg is the chief brand officer of F45 and holds a 36 percent interest.

According to the lawsuit, Beckham said he was “duped” into signing as F45’s Global Ambassador and never received the $10 million he was owed. The judge also denied F45’s request to dismiss the lawsuit as “fraudulent.”

This comes after NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens filed a lawsuit against F45 in 2017 and said he was never paid the $700,000 he was owed.

Beckham became an international star when he played for Manchester United, Real Madrid and the England men’s national team. He eventually came to the United States in the latter half of his career and played for the LA Galaxy across six different seasons from 2007 to 2012.

TMZ Sports noted he first became close to Wahlberg when he played for the Galaxy.

As for Owens, he played in the NFL from 2007 through 2010 for the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals.
