Paris Saint-Germain have already witnessed some high-profile departures from the Parc des Princes following the conclusion of the Ligue 1 campaign.

It has been confirmed that Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi will leave the French capital, and the big-name departures may not stop there with Neymar also rumoured to be headed for the exit door.

In an effort to fund yet another massive transfer window, sporting director Luis Campos is said to be determined to lower the club’s wage bill, and Brazil’s all-time top goalscorer is expected to be one of the players who will make way in order for this to happen.

Les Parisiens is understood to be open to selling their record signing after yet another injury-plagued season, and according to Le10Sport, Chelsea are currently the team most intent on signing the skilful attacker.

The Blues are claimed to have approached the newly crowned French champions to officially open negotiations over the player.

While the 31-year-old was once again hampered by injuries in the latest campaign, the Mogi das Cruzes native still managed 18 goals and 17 assists in just 29 matches across all competitions.
