Anthony Elanga went from slim Man United teen to shredded Premier League star Zlatan Ibrhamovic would be proud of
Anthony Elanga’s celebration against West Ham saw him show off the incredible physique he now possesses.
The Swedish international, who signed from Manchester United in the summer, scored his second goal for Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Elanga fired a low strike into the bottom corner from Ola Aina’s pass to put Steve Cooper’s side in front before they fell to a 3-2 defeat.
He immediately took his shirt and GPS tracking vest as he kicked off his celebration in front of the travelling Forest fans.
It’s clear that he’s been hard at work in the gym as he looks shredded, with Elanga flexing his huge muscles and toned abs, much like the legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Rising through the ranks at United as a youngster, the now 21-year-old used to have lean physique during his academy days.

Such a figure was certainly not detrimental to his quality though as he scored 26 goals for their youth sides.
Elanga made his senior debut for United in May 2021 and went on to play a further 54 matches for the first-team.
A year before his departure, a video on social media showed him putting his strength to the test in the gym in a bid to build up his muscle.
He then completed a move to Forest in July, describing it as the ‘perfect next step for me in my career.’

Arsenal were the opposition on his debut, a match in which he assisted Taiwo Awoniyi for their late consolidation goal.
Elanga then scored Forest’s winner at Chelsea at the beginning of September as he ran through their defence and cooly slotted in.

Two further assists would follow in their 2-2 draw at Luton before he found the back of the net for the second time against West Ham.
And his form has certainly left Man United fans with a few regrets.
