TS Galaxy’s troubled start to the Betway Premiership season will be put on pause following the election of the club’s boss Tim Sukazi into the PSL executive committee.
Sukazi has come in along Johnny Mogaladi (Polokwane City) and Richards Bay FC chairman Sifisio Biyela as the three replacements for John Comitis, David Thidiela, and Rob Benadie.

Notable about Sukazi’s election is that it comes with Galaxy into their fifth season in a row playing in the Betway Premiership after making their way in via buying the franchise of Highlands Park in September 2020.
“I’m pretty much humbled by the trust and confidence that the league membership has bestowed on me,” notes Sukazi.
“It is not often that one gets given such a monumental task.
“I’m here to serve for the good of the game as I have always said consistently.
“It is a task that I don’t take light.
“By any stretch of imagination, it is a huge responsibility and I’m taking such responsibility with utmost humility and hopefully I will be enhancing the amount of good work that has already been done by my predecessors and other members who remain in the executive committee of the League.

“I’m saying for the good of the game, failure is not an option.
“All I know is there is work and I need to serve, and I have my job cut out and not only me but the entire exco, and I’m up for it,” says Sukazi.
Sukazi will provide legal input in the PSL exco considering his experience in that field.
